It's great to have you here! I hope I am able to provide you with some information, tips and guides that will help you on your journey. MY GOAL
My goal is pretty simple, I want to help people believe in themselves again, to believe they are worth the effort and that they deserve to be the best they want to be. They deserve the best quality of life that can be achieved - we only get one!
FOR REAL
This goal gets me out of bed in the morning, kicks my butt to the gym when I cannot be bothered, causes tears of joy when I see people succeed and makes me want to better myself every day. Yes we Trainers are just as human as the next person, we worry about our body's, whether we look fat in something and how an earth we will get to the gym when a pair of PJ's and a good mag is calling so Thank you to all of you who inspire and motivate me every day to be the best I can be.
